The long-awaited Pistachio Cheesecake is finally back! This time, we’ve spent six months refining and improving the entire recipe—sampling different pistachios, testing various pistachio pastes, and experimenting with different techniques. This February, we proudly present an upgraded flavor and experience.

Starting with a specially crafted pistachio butter crust, it’s topped with a rich pistachio cheesecake layer, enhanced by a generous middle layer of pistachio paste to intensify the flavor. The cake is finished with our signature cream layer, where the lightness of the whipped cream complements the deep pistachio notes, adding a vibrant touch to the experience. Two types of pistachio paste are elegantly drizzled on top to create a multi-dimensional taste, and for the final touch, you can sprinkle fragrant pistachio bits yourself to complete this masterpiece—both in presentation and flavor.
