1. Acceptance of Terms
By ticking the check box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase of Cheesy The Goat Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with your order.

2. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
(a) Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, no cancellations or amendments are allowed unless agreed in writing by us.
(b) “Special circumstances” are determined solely at our discretion and may include operational or supply issues on our side.
(c) We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, ingredient shortages, or other events beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pick-Up and Delivery
(a) Please present your order confirmation or registered mobile number at our designated pick-up locations.
(b) All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
(c) Responsibility for the product transfers to you once it is picked up or delivered to the delivery address provided. We are not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or quality issues arising from improper handling or storage after handover.

4. Extreme Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions in Hong Kong, including but not limited to a “Black Rainstorm Warning Signal” or “Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above”:
(a) All orders will be unavailable for pick-up or delivery on the affected day.
(b) Orders will be rescheduled to the next available day. If extreme weather continues, the order will be postponed accordingly.
(c) No refunds will be provided due to weather-related postponements.
(d) If you wish to change your order to an entirely new date (other than the rescheduled date(s) above), a HKD$100 change-date fee will apply.

5. Product Description, Variations & Allergens
(a) We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images on our website are accurate; however, actual products may vary slightly in appearance, size, or decoration due to their handmade nature. Such variations do not entitle customers to refunds or exchanges.
(b) All cakes may contain or come into contact with allergens such as milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing an order. We cannot guarantee our products are free from traces of allergens.

6. Limitation of Liability
(a) Our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
(b) We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or events impacted by the delay or cancellation of your cake.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
(a) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
(b) In case of a dispute, you agree to first contact us directly to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback, legal claim, or complaint.
(c) Cheesy The Goat Limited reserves the right of final decision in relation to all matters and disputes.
